Terms and Conditions


We only ship inside the UK. All our orders are processed by hand with great attention and dispatched within 3-5 business days. T-shirts will be sent to you by Royal Mail with their Signed For 1st Class service. You will be emailed confirmation and a tracking ref number and can view the status:  www.royalmail.com/track-your-item


Please email us if you are not happy with your item, stating the reason why. We will ask you to return your item to us along with all the original labels, please. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


We provide all the sizing information for each size of T-shirt in our Size Guide to help you to choose the correct size. 

If you would like to exchange your order for another size please get in touch with us at wendy@whatassociates.co.uk and we’ll try and exchange it. 

Our collections are released as limited editions so it would only be an option if the stock is available. 

Any return postage charges are to be covered by you the customer and we recommend using signed for delivery because we can not accept any liability for the safe delivery of items being returned to us. We will post out the exchanged item free of charge. 

Items being returned must have all labels and packaging included please and show no signs of being worn other than for trying on purposes. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items if it is obvious that the garment has been worn. 

Once the garments are received back at our HQ, we will process the refund/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order. 


We’re confident that you’ll love your new purchase from us, but if for any reason you’d like a refund then please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provided that your item is returned to us in the saleable condition in which it arrived, we will process your refund for the garment which can take 7-10 working days to arrive back in your account. If we receive an email notification of your desire to cancel an order before it has been dispatched; we will of course refund you the whole amount of our payment including any delivery costs.

Faulty Garments 

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please contact us. 

If you have received a product that is deemed faulty, we will honour replacements for up to 30 days post purchase date.  

Email us at wendy@whatassociates.co.uk to notify us of a possible fault, including the below: 

  • An image or more of the issue (clear photos only, please) 
  • A clear description of the issue 
  • The product name and ref number

If your order is incorrect

If you do receive an incorrect item, then please notify us immediately

  • Your order number 
  • The item you ordered (style/colour/size)
  • The item you received (style/colour/size)

Terms of Service

We take payment via Paypal as it is fast, safe and secure. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still use a debit or credit card to pay for your item(s).

As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched we will email you to confirm your purchase is on its way. 

Your Paypal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be given a full refund.

No contents of this website can be copied, reproduced, displayed, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent from WHAT associates.
