Ipswich Book Festival – What a weekend!

This weekend, Ipswich held its first ever book festival. Not an event hosted by ‘the town’, but by a small group of passionate people who care deeply about this place and its people.

No grant money. No big budgets. Just four determined people with a good idea, calling in favours from friends, local sponsors, partners and a team of volunteers who worked their socks off over the past three days.

Because this is what makes a town: its citizens. We do what it takes, not because we’re paid to, but because it matters. We make ourselves feel proud of where we live.

It’s amazing what can be achieved with goodwill, imagination and a shared belief in the power of creativity. We’re very proud to have played our part in bringing the Ipswich Book Festival to life. Congratulations Andrew, Cathy, Emma and Tony.

We have loved working with the team, branding, design, social media, planning, photography and marketing. A passion project for us. We’re excited to be working with the team on Chapter 2!
